Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused keratin treatments or hair care products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
